Every page has been rebuilt around one thing: reading clinical cases comfortably.
Case pages built for reading
Long-form text in a reading typeface, large images, before/after comparisons and sequences laid out the way you would show them at a congress.
Your feed, by specialty
The latest published cases in a single stream. Filter it by specialty and it updates in place.
Next case
At the end of a case, move straight on to the next one in the same list, without going back.

The new case editor
The biggest change of all. Writing up a case now takes minutes, not evenings.
An AI assistant that drafts with you
Write or dictate the case in your own words, in Italian or in English. Attach your photos: they are numbered, so you can say “the first image is the initial situation”. The assistant drafts the article in clinical blocks, places the images and suggests the tags. You review and decide: nothing changes until you apply it.
New blocks
Before/after comparisons, image sequences, galleries, quotes and references, alongside text and headings.
Video up to 5 minutes
Add your own clips straight into the case. They are visible to registered members.
The Kudom logo, where you want it
For every photo and video, choose the corner and the style, or no logo at all. The logo is applied when the case is published, and your originals stay untouched.

Protected and recognised
Your work keeps its author, its date and its credit.
A public proof for every case
When a case is published, a dated fingerprint of its content is written on the Algorand blockchain. The case page links to the proof, and anyone can open it.
A review you can follow
Every case is reviewed before it goes live. Approved, changes requested or declined: you find out in your Kudom inbox.
Badges
The badges you earned on the old Kudom are all still here, and new ones join them. The Staff Pick marks the cases chosen by our editorial team.
