Hydraulic obturation with premixed bioceramic cement

A 36 years old female presented complaining of pain on biting in her lower left first molar. History of mild pain on biting before covid, She visited a dentist two months ago who did RCT and a crown for LL6, pain went for few days then came back but more. She went to the same dentist who told her there was a missing D canal, did selective ReRCT through the crown, but mild pain to touch and biting still there. Clinically, LL6 with a crown and evidence of previous access through the crown. LL6 had mild tenderness to percussion. IOPA demonstrated poor quality root filling and under obturation, with peri-apical changes, confirmed by cone beam CT. After discussing treatment options…
