Endo-resto treatment on second upper molar with 4 root canals

A colleague referred me a 65 years old woman for the treatment of tooth 2.7, since he tried to do it but could not find the root canal openings. He sent his pre operative X-ray I took an X-ray and I immensely noticed that the colleague had drilled in the wrong direction to search for the root canals, nearly perforating the tooth. I did the anesthesia and I isolated the tooth with rubber dam. I completed the isolation with liquid dam I removed the temporary filling and noticed the root canal openings of palatal and MB2 canal, and also the presence of soft tissue in the area in which the MB1 and DB openings should be.
