Too many times the colleagues are treating all the teeth involved in the apical lesion mainly due to the negative pulp tests , this is a big mistakes because in these cases the vitality test are not predictable ( the lesion create a sort of " stupor of the nerve " due to the compression of the lesion on the apex of the adjacent teeth . The tooth cause of the lesion is 99% of the time is only one . During the apical surgery we don't need necessarily to remove the apex of the the adjacent teeth , that's why the endodontic treatment made in advance only to facilitate the second step of the treatment is useless and dangerous…
